Thank you for shopping with us, we hope each and every one of you enjoys and loves your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the item, please feel free to return it for a store credit unless it is a sale item as no refunds will be issued in that case.
RETURNS
These conditions must be met to be eligible for a return:
Items must be mailed within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund (only applies for faulty items) or store credit.
Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
Bella Me Styling reserves the right to deny a return if all conditions above are not met or if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
REFUNDS
We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition via store credit. This does not apply to faulty items, this will be refunded in full provided photographic proof is provided prior.

EXCHANGES
Bella Me Styling does not offer holds or “automatic” exchanges upon return so you will receive store credit when your return has been processed which you can use to re-order the correct size/colour you needed or another item from us if you see something else you like.

FAULTY
All items will be inspected by the Bella Me Styling team before sending out to the customers. We stand by the quality of our products, however if you do find a manufacturing fault, please let us know ASAP by contacting us. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault. If the item is deemed a manufacturing fault, you will receive a FULL refund.

Before making a return, please read all the conditions that must be met to be eligible for a return and then proceed to fill out a Return Form. You can download one here.
Once you have a completed a Return Form, please address all eligible returns to:

It is strongly advisable for you to retain a copy of the tracking/serial number of your return package to allow for easier tracing

STORE CREDIT
Store credit can only be used at bellamestyling.com.au
Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store credit can not be exchange for cash.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
